Care Bear Family Reunion

I had to post this pic. Addie was so proud of her Care Bear collection with the addition of "Oopsy" bear that she got for her bday. Love you Addie!!!! Oh and all your Care Bears too!!

Yummy cheese muffins!!! (Super easy to make!)

Cheese Muffins
1 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 cups shredded colby-jack cheese

1 cup milk

1 egg

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter (I used salted)
Whisk together dry ingredients, then stir in cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk egg, milk, and butter together. Pour milk mixture into dry ingredients and stir with a spoon to combine.
Bake in greased muffin tins at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Makes 12.

PRE SCHOOL FUN!!!!! :)

Addie started preschool on Tuesday and she loved it. She saw her friend Kathryn and was so excited to see someone she knew. Her favorite part of the day was recess and playing on the playground. Her teacher Jodi was really nice too!!

The Condo

MOAB

We just got home from Moab and we had a blast. It was pretty spur of the
moment which made it more fun. The kiddies did great on the long ride so that
was nice. Justin went 4 wheeling a lot and took the
dogs for hikes too. I went into town with grandma Laurie and we saw lots of fun
stuff. The condo we stayed in was really nice and I could have stayed at least
another week since the weather was so perfect! (85
Degrees)

Define Perfect

Oh what a little "angel", right? Well he is a little angel, but he has Colic so when he's not sleeping he's screaming non stop. Gripe water is my best friend right now along with gas drops. (Neither of which really work.) Everyone says it only last for about 3 months so only 8 more weeks of screaming to go!!! I will count the days until its gone. Other than that he is a perfect angel.

Easy Yummy Recipe

Graham Cracker Toffee
24 Whole graham crackers
1 Cup butter
1 Cup brown sugar packed
1 Cup chopped nuts

Cover a well greased 11x15 inch pan with graham crackers. (Fit tightly) Bring sugar and butter to a boil and boil for 2 mins. stirring constantly. Stir in nuts and pour over crackers. Bake for 10 mins. in 350 degree oven.
Optional: While still hot cover with 6 Hershey chocolate bars and let melt and spread evenly. When cool refrigerate to harden chocolate. Cut while warm and enjoy!!!

Only 4 weeks left!!! Yep that's right my Dr. is inducing me 2 weeks early and I can't wait. I have been prego for what seem like an eternity. Addie is really excited but I don't think she really knows whats about to happen. Well I will try and post a pic soon.

Yes thats right!! I just turned 29 and I can't believe it. One more year until I'm officially OLD! My mom made me this incredible birthday cake for my birthday and it was amazing. It even tasted better than it looked!! Addie helped me blow out the candles and helped my mom put all the berries and candles on it too. She had so much fun.

Florida Vacationnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!

So here is just a pic of the tropical paradise of Florida!!! We are going to go to the Seaquarium tomorrow and I will have even more pics of that to post. So far the weather is great and its so fun to be out of town. I took this picture myself on my new camera that justin gave me for my bday and its awesome.

Easter bunny came!

The easter bunny came to our house and Addie had so much fun. She did an easter egg hunt with all her cousins and got so much candy that she was on a "sugar high" all day. Now all she wants to do is eat candy all day long. I will have to ration it out so she doesn't eat herself sick. She still doesn't understand why she can't eat candy instead of breakfast or dinner. Well I'm glad its over until next year because I am really exhausted!!!!!!!!!11

2 GOING ON 16!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So the weather finally was nice enought for Addie to try out the new Jeep Hurricane that Santa brought. Addie just doesn't quite get the concept of steering and pushing the gas at the same time! It's like rubbing your belly and patting your head I guess. She actually likes to put her Care Bears and her Tabby cat in the car the most. Maybe by the end of summer she will get the hang of it. As for everything else around here I'm getting bigger by the day and Justin is still working really hard at work. I'm so glad that summer is finally starting to come. We are going to Florida next month and Addie can't wait to go swimming at Grandma's. We might try and go to Sea world too. I'm sure that will be an adventure as well. Next month I turn 29 and I can't believe it. Only one more year to party it up I guess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Almost time to start packing for Florida!!

That's right its a boy!!! We are so excited since now we will have one of each. Now is the hard part..... finding a name. I'm sure everyone will have something to say but oh well they don't get to choose. I think it will be so fun buying stuff that is not pink for a while. It gets a little overwhelming. My grandma is so excited since we have not had a boy born to our family for 13 years its just been all girls. I was just sure it would be a girl since I wanted a boy but I was pleasantly surprised when he cooperated right away and we could see EVERYTHING!!!!! Well hopefully when it comes time to come out he will cooperate with that too. Lets just pray we don't have the whole colic issue to deal with too. That was really hard. Well I'm off to shop for blue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's correct I'm prego again. Hopefully its a boy this time. We will find out on Friday this week. I'm due in August (the hottest month of the Year) What was I thinking? Well it doesn't matter since it won't be full blown flu season anyway. We are really excited and Addie is super excited to be a big sister!! Well that's the only new and exciting thing to report! I will keep everyone updated.
